Recently, India-United States Defence Acceleration Ecosystem (INDUS X) was launched at an event in Washington DC, USA.
About INDUS X:
- Co-organised by: Innovations for Defence Excellence (iDEX), Ministry of Defence, and US Department of Defence (DoD)
- Hosted by: US-India Business Council (USIBC).
- Aims:
- To expand the strategic technology partnership and defence industrial cooperation between governments, businesses, and academic institutions.
- To make defence industrial ecosystems more innovative, accessible, and resilient.
- It is a part of the vision to build a defence innovation bridge.
- The idea of the defence innovation bridge is a part of the initiative on critical and emerging technologies unveiled by the national security advisers
